CALL FOR PAPERS

for

THE 4TH STUDENTS’ AND YOUNG RESEARCHERS’
CONFERENCE IN AEGEAN ARCHAEOLOGY

 

which will take place at the Archaeological Museum in Poznań, Poland
on April 7th (Students’ Session) and 8th (Young Researchers’ Session) 2016

The organizers invite proposals on all themes related to Aegean Archaeology, that is Aegean areas and cultures in the Bronze Age (i.e. art, crafts, everyday life, social/funerary/political landscapes, long-distance relations, Aegeans overseas, impact on other cultures, etc.), also in a broader context (new methods/approaches/technologies applied to the research, new technologies in data/research/site management, etc.). Proposals are welcomed from students (for the Students’ Session) and PhD students or candidates and scholars who have recently completed doctoral research (for the Young Researchers’ Session).

The proposals for 20 min. lectures should consist of an abstract in English (or Polish in case of the Students’ Session) of max. 500 words.

The provisional program of the Conference will be announced in the second half of February.

 Conference fee: 50,00 PLN per person (c. 4,20 PLN = 1 EUR).

The opportunity to pay will be on the spot.

Please note that the Organizers do not cover travel or accommodation expenses.
